Terms of booking for psychological or Clinical Supervision services with Circle of Life Psychology Practice
All bookings with Circle of Life Psychology Practice are covered by the terms below.
Fees
Psychological services
The fee currently recommended by the Australian Psychological Society-APS is $311.00 for a 46-50-minute consultation (as of 1 July 2024).
FEES: A standard (46-50 minute) consultation at Circle of Life Psychology Practice is:
Assessment consultation fee $280.00.
Subsequent consultation fee $240.00.
If the duration of the consultation session exceeds one hour, a proportional charge of $60 per 15-minute block will apply. Any phone calls or emails that require longer than 15 mins to address will be charged at this rate and are best discussed in a therapy session. All fees are payable at the end of the session. If you have a valid mental health care plan from your GP you will be able to claim a rebate from Medicare of $96.95. The Medicare rebate will be processed automatically within the Halaxy practice management software assuming that your Medicare details would be available for the online processing of payment.
Clinical Supervision
FEES: 1 hour individual clinical supervision fee $180 +10% GST.
1.5 hours group clinical supervision fee for up to 3 group members $110 +10% GST.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 2 business days notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment time. In cases where we are not provided with 2 business days notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees do not attract a Medicare rebate.
Cancellations fees are as follows:
Less than 1 business day notice – $240.00 (Full session fee)
Between 1 and 2 business days notice – $120.00 (50% of the session fee)
